Spoons and Jakarta-based Tiny Studio are thrilled to bring you "Pedas," a fiery Indonesian cookery zine.

Celebrating the heart of Indonesian cuisine with a focus on PEDAS, or “spicy”,  the zine presents fiery recipes enriched with musings and narratives about local culinary culture and features playful imagery designed to mirror the "dizzying" effects of consuming spicy treats. But don't fret if you don’t quite have that tolerance for spicy food (yet), as all dishes can be modified to suit your taste.
